I have Baby goupies and Im wondering how long before i can release them into my tank without the breeder net?
Also i would like to to how long the females are pregnant before they give birth. BEST ANSWER TEN POINTS!
Not really a time frame it depends on the size as to when you can release them in with the bigger fish. Just have to eye judge when they look to big to fit in their mouth. Trial and error. I have lost couple before thinking they were big enough but I was sure wrong.
As for how long they are pregnant. Few weeks. You can tell when they are going to have them when the back of the belly starts looking darker grey or black. Good Luck!
