What is the best way to dye nylon?
I recently bought a shirt on eBay, who was black, but in person, is more a gray color. I will use this for a Halloween costume, and it must be black. The shirt is a see-through mesh material-y, like in tights. I intend to dye the shirt tonight, but I was wondering if someone with experience tights dying, any advice? What type of dye works best? Should I use cold or hot water? How long should I let this soak? Any advice you have would be much appreciated! Thank you!
