As the heavy bag of sand, the power grid glove discussion wooden dummy, the power rack and other equipment used in Western boxing.
We use all the equipment is available. Much of the equipment Bruce individual training (dummies spring arm, the giant heavy bag, kick shields suspended) were made by his students (George Lee and Herb Jackson), but things like the wooden dummy, kick shields and mittens are common in most classrooms JKD. The power rack that I saw twice, was a copy made by an instructor of JKD and the other was the original Los Angeles. Many people have their own versions of supermodels spring arm (including myself) using a suspended bar cut in half year. Dan Inosanto is releasing a book on training Bruce equipment, which is now exhausted, but can be found on Amazon or eBay. Hope that helps
